Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests for refunds must be emailed to retinasurgicalcircuit@gmail.com
  • A 50% deduction from the registration fee will apply for cancellations made before 15th August 2026.
  • No refunds will be issued for requests sent on or after 15th August 2026.
  • Applicable taxes, bank charges, and online payment gateway charges will be non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed one month after the completion of the conference.
